Very pleased with the service from beginning to end. The techs behind the desk and the vet were very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. Although it’s a drive to continue services with this office, it’s worth it based on the compassion and understanding of workers.
Dr. Ritzler was very thorough & informative, the staff is always friendly & quick to help. After our appointment, my dog had a bad reaction possibly to the vaccine but likely a bee sting. I contacted the office & they were quick to help me out & even followed up the next day to check on him.
Great people that take pride in what they do..love the people and very clean place.

My family has been going to Country Square for many years and the staff is very nice, courteous, caring, and professional with reasonable prices I highly recommend them.
Always treat me and my dog amazing! Such an amazing staff and they treat the animals like they are their own. Always gentle and reassuring to the animals to keep them calm for their checkups.
Just got my dog neutered and he was obviously hurting but he has been doing so good and healing up so well. Thank you guys so much for everything you do for my animal babies!

I have been taking my animals there for years, had excellent care. With Dr. B’S recent retirement, I was nervous about our next visit.
No worries, the entire staff was awesome. The covid induced curbside service is another big change. They do an outstanding job! They were efficient, patient, courteous, thorough. They had to trek out into the weather all day, and it wss cold windy and snowy on our appt day! I cannot thank them enough for their dedication. When they began working in animal care, I am sure they didn’t plan on a situation quite like 2020 and 2021. Kudos to their entire staff, AND thank you!
