Signs Your Dog or Cat Needs Emergency Vet Care
If your pet has any of the following symptoms or been involved in one of the following situations, please call us for medical advice:
- Vomiting/diarrhea for more than 24 hours
- Bleeding from nose, mouth, eyes or ears
- Lethargy/unusual fatigue
- Straining or unable to urinate/defecate
- Seizures
- Hit by a car/fell from a great height
- Blood in vomit or stool
- Lacerations/deep wound
- Encounter with a wild animal
- Bloated abdomen that is hard to the touch
- Eye injury
- Ingestion of a toxic substance
- Inability to walk or stand
